imogl collects professional information candidates provide directly, plus employer-provided hiring requirements and publicly available professional information where permitted. For logistics roles this may include work history, credentials, licenses, certifications, location, route or shift preferences, and skills.

2. How We Use Your Data

Candidate data is processed through the imogl intelligence engine to generate fit scores, skill graphs, credential summaries, job alerts, outreach suggestions, and reference-path analysis. Candidate data is never sold.

3. Data Retention

Candidate profiles are retained while the account or talent profile is active, or as required for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@imogl.com.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences. Analytics cookies help us understand how employers use the platform so we can improve it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Security

All production data should be encrypted in transit and at rest. AI processing should remain server-side with audit trails, access controls, and clear employer responsibility for final hiring decisions.

6. Your Rights

Candidates: If you believe imogl has processed inaccurate information about you, contact privacy@imogl.com and we will correct or remove the data within 30 days.

Employers: You own your activity data. Export or delete it at any time from your account settings.
