2. imogl services

imogl provides AI-powered logistics hiring tools including candidate fit scoring, credit-based access, employer dashboards, job alerts, and candidate profiles. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Employer Obligations

Employers are responsible for the accuracy of job postings, compliance with applicable employment law, and ensuring candidate data is handled in accordance with these terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates must provide accurate information in profiles and resumes. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension or termination. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Credit System

Credits are earned through verified achievements and performance milestones. Credits spent on candidate access are non-refundable. Credits expire after 12 months of inactivity.

6. Data & Privacy

imogl collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using imogl, you consent to such processing. We do not sell candidate data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on imogl is owned by imogl. Users may not copy, scrape, or redistribute platform content without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

imogl is provided "as is." We do not guarantee hiring outcomes. AI-generated candidate insights are recommendations only - employers are responsible for final hiring decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

imogl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
